Suitable for Heavy-Duty Scenarios​

Tianlong Fastener's round pallets are made of steel, featuring extremely high strength and toughness. Taking the commonly used Q355B steel as an example, its tensile strength is ≥510MPa and yield strength is ≥355MPa, enabling it to stably support round steel columns and heavy pipelines.

These round pallets are suitable for applications such as supporting rollers of metallurgical equipment and fixing mine roadway supports. They have a longer service life than cast iron pallets and lower maintenance costs.​

Standardized Design of Type B​

Tianlong's round pallets are Type B products, with their dimensional parameters (hole diameter: 17mm-52mm; diameter: 50mm-200mm) calibrated to standard specifications. They can perfectly match high-strength bolts (such as 10.9-grade railway bolts) and round connectors.​

For example:​

Hole diameters of 17mm-30mm match bolts of M16-M24 specifications;​

Hole diameters of 30mm-52mm and diameters of 100mm-200mm are compatible with large-size bolts of M27-M48.​

Wide Range of Sizes​

Hole diameter: 17mm-52mm: Compatible with needs ranging from small and medium-sized pipelines (such as 50mm-diameter water supply steel pipes) to large round steel components (such as 200mm-diameter wind turbine tower flanges).​

Diameter: 50mm-200mm: Small pallets (50mm-100mm in diameter) are suitable for light-duty scenarios (such as fixing round bases of photovoltaic brackets); large pallets (100mm-200mm in diameter) can provide support for heavy-duty components.​

Two Surface Treatment Options​

Tianlong's round pallets undergo plain surface treatment, with low surface roughness and no coating interference, facilitating secondary anti-corrosion treatment.

They can also be zinc-plated, which makes their corrosion resistance 3 times that of ordinary plain pallets. This makes them particularly suitable for scenarios such as humid mines and coastal bridges, reducing the frequency of long-term maintenance and lowering overall maintenance costs.
